## Product

Brand OS is an internal brand-asset operating system for architecture and design firms. It is not a SaaS dashboard. It connects project facts, content production, image rights, review workflows, and brand-opportunity intelligence.

Current scope includes AICO (Shenzhen) and TIANHUA (Shenzhen). The current public formal snapshot contains 565 project records: 353 AICO projects and 212 Shenzhen TIANHUA projects. It contains 0 automatically generated tasks, 0 automatically confirmed facts, and 0 automatically approved content or awards.

## Visual system — preserve this direction

- Warm off-white background, black/gray typography, restrained status colors.
- Swiss editorial grid and architectural archive character.
- Large titles, generous whitespace, thin rules, horizontal information structure.
- Lists, timelines, metadata blocks, and large image areas rather than cards.
- No traditional admin dashboard, SaaS card grid, glass effects, heavy gradients, or left sidebar.

## Main information architecture

1. Landing Page: brand statement, AICO/TIANHUA folder interaction, live archive totals, Industry Radar.
2. Project Archive: searchable/filterable editorial project index by brand, year, type, and location.
3. Project Detail: Overview, Project Health, Project Facts, source/confidence/verification state, and linked brand opportunities.
4. Content Assets: project → content type → version, with edit/preview/copy/channel-version actions.
5. Image Assets: large architectural image archive with photographer, rights, public status, and source.
6. Tasks & Review: dated archive timeline and review log.
7. Brand Intelligence: Awards Radar, Media Radar, Event Radar, project matching, recommendation reasons, and task creation.
8. Award Intelligence Detail: Award Facts, Project Match, Winning Strategy, Previous Winners Analysis, and Create Submission Task.

## Key interaction flow

Landing folder → brand workspace → searchable project archive → project detail → facts/content/images/opportunities → task and review.

Awards flow: Awards Radar → award record → value and project-match analysis → winning strategy → create submission task → Task Center.

## Data and verification principles

- Imported Excel values are source facts, not automatically verified truths.
- Unknown values display “待确认”; the system must not invent missing project facts.
- A fact record tracks current value, source, confidence, verifier, and verification status.
- Confirmation writes to the fact base, updates Project Health, and creates a review record.
- AI-assisted copy must be labeled “AI Draft”.

## Review request

Please review the product without redesigning its established visual language or page structure. Focus on:

1. Whether the Archive information hierarchy is clear.
2. Whether folder-to-project-to-detail navigation is understandable.
3. Whether verification states and next actions are unambiguous.
4. Whether Awards Radar supports the decisions “is this award worth entering, which project fits, how can the win probability improve, and when should preparation start?”
5. Accessibility, responsive behavior, terminology consistency, and any misleading or incorrect data.

When giving feedback, identify the exact page/section, the problem, its impact, and a concrete correction that stays within the existing Archive design system.
